So my 3 year old wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.. I was out of bread.
(Of course I just got home from food shopping, but that’s a whole other story..)
I saw a box of the mini puff pastry tart shells in the freezer and thought to myself, hmmm that could work! 😉
- I toasted them in the oven, 350 degrees for 5 minutes
- Next I used a small butter knife to put peanut butter on one half
- After that, a small spoon to fill the remaining side with jelly
It’s. That. Simple.
I urge you to always have a box of these amazing tart shells in your freezer as they are amazing for a lot of different things.. This may be my new favorite!
