Casey’s Bone Free Buffalo Bites – Recipe Corner

 

Do you want to serve wings for the big game but do not want to clean up bones and sauce-prints off your sofa?!

I have got you covered.. πŸ˜‰  

Bone Free Buffalo Bites –

1lbs of chicken breast or tenderloins

1/2 cup of flour

2 tablespoons of chili powder

1 tablespoon of cayenne

1 tablespoon of salt

1 tablespoon of butter

3 tablespoons of sriracha (or hot sauce you desire)

vegetable oil to cook

-heat enough oil to reach the middle of your chicken, about 1/4 inch..

  1. Cut your chicken into bite sized chunks. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, chili powder, cayenne and salt. Dredge your chicken in the flour mixture, shake the excess and place into your pan of hot oil.
  2. Cook your chicken until golden brown and remove to a paper towel lined plate.
  3. Heat your butter in a large saute pan, add in your hot sauce and toss your chicken in the sauce until completely covered.

You can serve these with some tooth picks and a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.. some sliced carrot and celery! Yummy..

You may want to make a double batch of these bad boys.. I ate a dozen bites before they even hit my table!

You can also make these and substitute the hot sauce for your favorite BBQ or teriyaki sauce! 

OR make a platter of all three! πŸ˜‰

I love these because they are quick and simple, plus you can just pop them right into your mouth!

No bones to clean up, no sticky fingers.. Just a bite and a smile πŸ™‚
