Casey’s Fall-Off-the-Bone Wings – Recipe Corner


Who loves chicken wings?


Casey’s Fall Off the Bone Wings –
2 lbs of bone in chicken wings
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of slat
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of cayenne
1/2 cup of tomato sauce (seasoned Goya with cilantro, onion and garlic)
1/4 cup of yellow mustard
1/4 cup of sriracha (or the hot sauce of your choice)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  1. Mix everything together and slather (god, I love that word.. slather) the chicken with the sauce. Put the chicken in a single layer on your prepared baking sheets, and place into the oven for 1 hour… turning over once after 30 minutes.
  2.  Remove from the oven and place under the broiler for 5 minutes on each side to crisp the skin and give you that amazing blackened chicken flavor!

These wings are phenomenal.. Not too saucy, but not dry.. They literally fall of the bone!

Make these for a snack or appetizer.. Or even as part of your meal! You can never go wrong with chicken wings!

If you prefer them as more of a BBQ wing, just substitute the hot sauce for your favorite BBQ sauce! šŸ˜‰
