Casey’s Five Can Baked Chicken Breast – Recipe Corner


Super simple and delicious dinner tonight.. All you need is one oven safe pan/throw away roasting pan (easy clean up) Woohoo! 🙂

Casey’s Five Can Baked Chicken Breast – 

✨5 chicken breast, boneless and skinless

✨1 can of chickpeas, drained
✨1 can of black beans
✨1 can of red beans
✨1 can of diced tomatoes
✨1 can of corn, drained
✨1 teaspoon of chili powder
✨1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
1. Salt and pepper your chicken breast generously.
2. Add contents of all cans into your pan along with seasoning and stir to combine, add the breast into the pan and nestle it into your mixture.
3. Bake for an hour, check the chicken with a fork.. If it falls apart you’re set. If not, let it bake another 15 minutes and check again (everyone’s ovens are different) pull chicken apart and stir to incorporate everything together.

That’s it!! Super easy and delicious.. and healthy! It’s literally as easy as 1,2,3! 🙂
