Want a quick and healthy snack?! Try this out!
Casey’s Quick Peanut Butter Dip with Veggies –
vegetables or fruit of your choice
2 tablespoons of your favorite peanut butter
1 tablespoon of creme fraiche
a sprinkle of sea salt
1. Slice up your vegetables/fruit
2. Mix together your dip, 2 tablespoons of PB to 1 tablespoon of creme fraiche
3. Sprinkle with sea salt
This was a huge hit with my 3 year old, and I enjoyed it too!
