Nothing like a great simple chicken marinade, am I right?
Not a fan of chicken?
I have also done this same marinade on pork chops and it was AHHHmazing.
Casey’s Rockin’ Red Chicken –
2lbs of chicken tenderloins
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 packet of sazon, red
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cup of cilantro, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Place all ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag or mix together in a bowl and cover. Put it into the fridge and marinate for two hours.
- Remove from the fridge and let it sit out for 15 minutes to remove the chill from the meat. I like to cook these on my grill outside, sear each side over the hot coals. Cover the lid and let them cook for 15 minutes.
I love this recipe when I cook the tenderloins on my grill outside, but you can also broil them, make them on the stovetop.. or even bake them!
