Nothing like a great simple chicken marinade, am I right?

This picture went kind of viral on my social media.. racked up over a thousand likes on Instagram and Facebook in the first day I posted them! 🙂

I have also done this same marinade on pork chops and it was AHHHmazing.


Casey’s Rockin’ Red Chicken – 

2lbs of chicken tenderloins

1/3 cup of olive oil

1 packet of sazon, red

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1/3 cup of cilantro, finely chopped

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of black pepper

  1. Place all ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag or mix together in a bowl and cover. Put it into the fridge and marinate for two hours.
  2. Remove from the fridge and let it sit out for 15 minutes to remove the chill from the meat. I like to cook these on my grill outside, sear each side over the hot coals. Cover the lid and let them cook for 15 minutes.

I love this recipe when I cook the tenderloins on my grill outside, but you can also broil them, make them on the stovetop.. or even bake them!
