Casey’s Simple Asian Slaw and Dry Rubber Pork Chops – Recipe Corner

I work most nights during the week, so I often find myself making dinner when I should be eating breakfast haha.. Today I made some grilled pork chops and a delicious (extremely quick and easy) sesame slaw!

Casey’s Simple Asian Slaw and Dry Rubber Pork Chops –

✨1 14oz bag of precut slaw mix
✨2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
✨1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
✨1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper
✨1/2 teaspoon sugar
✨1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
✨1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

✨1 pack of lean pork chops
✨1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
✨1 teaspoon of ground coriander
✨1 teaspoon of ground cumin
✨1/2 teaspoon of salt
✨1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
✨1/4 teaspoon of cayenne

1. Mix together all ingredients for slaw, toss and refrigerate. (Yup, done. Healthy and delicious and like what, 2 minutes?)
2. Cover your pork chops with oil and the dry rub.
3. Heat your grill pan or sauté pan over medium high heat and spray with nonstick. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side (depending on your stove and thickness of your chops, mine were 1/2 inch)
4. Serve chops sliced up over your slaw..

Amazing Asian flavors, beautiful to the eye.. Healthy quick and delicious 🙂

If you don’t eat pork, you can use chicken or steak along with this recipe! If you’re vegetarian, tofu! Enjoy xo
