Lunch Box Inspiration..

Every school morning, I set my alarm for 6:45am and I wake up to make my sons lunch. I post them on my Instagram Page and get a lot of positive reviews so I decided to blog about some of my favorites..

I might even do a weekly blog post about them to send out, too! 🙂

All of these can also be used for an adults lunch.. So, happy browsing and I hope you are inspired to create your own awesome lunch boxes!

This lunch box features my “sandwich sushi” Simply get burrito sized tortillas, place your cheese on them and nuke in the microwave for 30 seconds. (This helps to spread the cheese and to soften the tortilla and making rolling easier..) Spread the cheese and next layer your meats or grilled veggies.. Top with lettuce and whatever else you desire. Add the condiments at the end and roll tight. Slice into bit sized pieces and there you have it, Sandwich Sushi! Also works great with cream cheese or Nutella and fruit for breakfast! Also in this box: popcorn, clementines, blueberries, cucumber slices, grape tomatoes, and mini Oreos for dessert!

This box features a sandwich cut into a puzzle, a snowman cookie equipped with marshmallow snow.. clementines and broccoli with lite ranch to dip!

This box is one of my favorites.. I asked my 3 year old what he wanted for lunch and he responded “red” So I tried my hardest to comply! Strawberry jelly and cookie butter, grape tomatoes, pretzels, raspberries and a twizzler for dessert!

Ham and cheese grilled sandwich cut into a star, yogurt raisins, colored kettle corn, slices of dill pickle and grape tomatoes!

Pepperoni and cheese puzzle sandwich, fruit loops, a mini chocolate chip cookie, broccoli and grape tomatoes, olives and blueberries!

Last but most certainly not least, my favorite lunch so far! I was inspired by the changes leaves of autumn, so I created this lunch box! The butterfly symbolized spring, and it leads into the green dill pickles, then red tomato, orange carrot and yellow mango to show the changes in the leaves. Plus some Fall colored M&Ms for dessert!
